1. Digital Products

All products sold through Restored Traditions are digital downloads of professionally restored religious art images. Upon purchase, you receive access to download the images included in your selected tier via your private download portal.

2. What You Are Purchasing

The original works of art depicted in our collection are in the public domain. What you are purchasing is a license to use our professionally restored digital versions of these works. Each image in our collection represents significant creative effort including digital restoration, color correction, damage repair, enhancement, and artistic embellishment — work that has been ongoing for 20 years. These restored versions are protected as derivative works under copyright law.

3. Perpetual Commercial License

Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide commercial license to use the restored images in your collection for your organization. This license includes the right to:

  • Print, publish, and distribute the images in any format
  • Use images in commercial products (books, prayer cards, merchandise, etc.)
  • Use images on websites, social media, and digital publications
  • Display images in physical spaces (churches, schools, offices)
  • Modify, crop, and create derivative works from the images
  • Use across all locations within your organization

This license does not expire. There are no per-use fees, no royalties, and no attribution required.

4. License Restrictions

The following uses are not permitted under this license:

  • Redistribution of files: You may not share, transfer, or redistribute the raw image files to any third party for their independent use
  • Competing collection: You may not resell the images as part of a stock image library, digital art collection, or similar competing product
  • Sublicensing: You may not sublicense the images to third parties
  • Sharing credentials: Portal access credentials are for the purchasing organization only and may not be shared with non-purchasers
  • Misrepresentation: You may not claim to have created or restored the images

For clarity: you may use the images in products you sell (a book containing our images, merchandise featuring our images, etc.). The restriction is on distributing the raw files themselves.

5. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All purchases are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of your purchase date for a full refund. No questions asked. You may keep any images you have already downloaded.

6. Delivery

Digital products are delivered via email immediately after purchase. You will receive download links and portal access credentials. Download links expire after 7 days but can be regenerated upon request by contacting support.

7. Payment Plans

For products offered on a payment plan, you receive full access upon your first payment. If subsequent payments are not completed, access may be suspended until the balance is paid in full.

8. Lifetime Updates (Vault Members)

Complete Vault members receive lifetime access to new images added to the collection at no additional cost, for as long as the Restored Traditions service remains operational.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kansas.
